| Following the 2006-demerger process and the formation of AGL Energy Limited, the Phoenix Change Program was established as a vehicle to bring stability to the business and to consolidate the disparate systems and processes.
The Phoenix Change Program is being implemented to deliver the Operational Excellence strategy and ensure Retail Energy meets its operational objectives through focus on:
- Simpler products and services
- Faster delivery of customer offerings
- Cheaper cost of services.
With the delivery of an SAP based integrated operational system, the diverse systems and processes will be aligned supporting delivery of the operational objectives.
