With the significant changes in the business this year the training needs of staff related to HSE management have changed.  AGL has reassessed the corporate training courses offered previously and moving forward will update the HSE training offered to our employees.  The result of these changes is that overall our number of training hours provided is lower than in previous years.  Pilot programs for management systems training were run in the later part of the year with the aim of consolidating our new approach in 2007/2008.
